DMGT's portfolio company, Trepp LLC, is looking for a high-energy, organized, driven professional with a natural sales/relationship building instinct to join our Partnerships team in New York. You will work with our Head of Partnerships, supporting the growth strategy of the partnerships vertical, along with the strategic growth of our channel partners through strong communication and presentation skills. This position will provide you an opportunity for in-depth learning about the commercial real estate and commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) markets. You will be responsible for relationship management and upselling Trepp suite of products, including stress testing, CECL, risk, origination, underwriting and valuation across the client spectrum. You will need work across teams, internally and have strong communication and presentation skills for training session for clients, as well as data analysis and weekly reporting. Responsibilities: Provide support for incoming inquiries from Trepps sophisticated institutional client base Ensure clients and prospects are maximizing value from the Trepp product suite Identify new opportunities for upselling Trepp products or services Provide initial product training sessions, both individually and in large groups Assist account managers with on-site client visits and training (Post-Covid) Coordinate and summarize client feedback and work with our Product and Finance teams to address issues Create and deliver client workshop presentations Escalate complex issues to appropriate team(s) for timely resolutions Participate in special projects to increase operational efficiency within the Client Services group and Trepp Understanding of fixed income markets Excellent client relationship skills with the incorporation of a customer-centric attitude Good presentation, interpersonal, communication, and writing skills Accuracy and attention to detail Applicant should be a quick thinker, always looking for multiple solutions or paths to success Strong presence and comfort level dealing with sophisticated clients Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel SalesForce or CRM proficiency a plus Experience with large datasets and Microsoft SQL a plus Ability to educate clients on complex financial applications Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Trepp (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status).
